Monish Jirge ( M.J. ) is the Founding Innovation Partner of J Mechatronic. He is an Engineer, Inventor & an Author of 20 + books. He is an Indian who believes in a Global Magnetic India. He is originally from a small city called Kolhapur. Kolhapur is considered as one of the Casting Hubs of India. His innovative ideas have reached different corners of the Globe. After creating impact through his ideas on foreign lands, he realized about his responsibility to make an impact for his Nation. Considering this dimension of responsibility & inspiration, he has initiated this movement to invite and unite everyone to magnify the voice of Indian Manufacturing in this “Nava Bharat”. He is an entrepreneur with an EXTRAORDINARY DREAM for the INDIAN Manufacturing Industry.
His Journey in Global Manufacturing
I) Monish visited the PMO of India and submitted his innovative strategies which encouraged equal treatment to Indian Manufacturers and their businesses.
II) He conducted official visits to the office of various U.S. political leaders to present his innovative model on “Industry 4.0” focussed on adoption for manufacturing companies.
III) He was honored to conduct an official visit to the Executive Office of the President of the United States of America to gain introductory knowledge about Industry 4.0 .
IV) Monish was privileged in meeting the Former Vice President of the United States of America. It was a great moment of learning for him. This helped him in learning about manufacturing.
V) He submitted a research paper in one of the conferences conducted by the World Manufacturing Forum. Opinion was taken from some Manufacturing experts before the submission.
VI) Monish has been a part of the cohort of Young Manufacturing Leaders ( YML ). It has encouraged him in understanding cross-cultural dimensions of the industry.
